Personality: As a hatchling Skelt had a thing for horror stories but as he's aged he's become...a bit of a horror story himself. It's unclear whether or not the red on him is blood or if that's just how his markings have developed, but mothers tell their children about the skeleton bird that will shred their chests open if they don't listen to their mommies. They say that he perched on Aloïs's antlers for too long and the Cerleur...whispered things to him. Dark things. Ways to hurt people. Ways to hurt himself. Skelt squawked at hurting himself but...he wouldn't be averse to hurting the Cerleur. And Aloïs was more than happy to indulge Skelt's sadistic tendencies, so long as Skelt pecked and clawed in perfect patterns. It is unclear whether or not the stories are true, but all legends have a grain of truth to them.
